I. Return Period
Standard Return Period: Within 7 days from the date you confirm receipt of the goods.
Special Conditions: For items purchased during the Black Friday promotion, the return period is extended to 30 days to give you more consideration time.
Note: The return period is based on the shipping receipt you provide.
II. Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, returned items must meet all the following conditions simultaneously:
Item Condition: Unused, unwashed, free from signs of use, with intact tags, and in the original packaging (including dust bags, padding, etc.).
Included Items: All free gifts, accessories, instruction manuals, warranty cards, etc., delivered with the item must be returned together with the item.
Documentation: Original proof of purchase (order screenshot or invoice) must be provided.
The following cases are not eligible for return:
Used or damaged items.
Customized or personalized items, except in cases of product defects or incorrect delivery.
Items returned after the return period has expired.
III. Goods Receipt and Processing by Us
After your return package is received at our warehouse, our quality inspection team will inspect it within 1–3 business days.
Once it is confirmed that the item meets the return conditions, we will initiate the refund immediately.

Home shirt as worn in the 2019-20 season. Going into the season Barça were hoping to make it three league titles in a row and by January they were top of the table on goal difference. But the Barcelona hierarchy made the controversial decision to sack Ernesto Valverde and replace him with Quique Setien this ultimately ended up being a disastrous decision as the club started dropping points, losing to Valencia at home and at Real Madrid making it the first time they had lost away to Real in the league since 2015. Things didn't get much better after the three month long hiatus because of Covid-19 including the humiliating 8-2 defeat to Bayern in the champions league semi-final.
